If you would like to treat a loved one to an intimate and homely Indian cooking experience, I offer personalised gift vouchers of my cookery classes and courses and Curry Night Supper ClubsThe vouchers are personalised with their name and occasion (birthdays, anniversary, christmas)

I offer two types of courses:

a) The intermediate level course consists of two sessions. The 1st session is a group class (group classes run through out the year offering multiple dates to choose from). The 2nd one is a private 1:1 session where the participant masters technical dishes such as dum cooked biryanis, South Indian dosas, Xacuti based curries to name a few dishes with an introduction to a whole new world of niche Indian spices and techniques. The private class is designed with the individual in mind, based on their likes/ dislikes. The price of a voucher for an intermediate course is £180

b) The advanced level course consists of 3 sessions. It offers 2 group classes that run on multiple dates throughout the year and 1 private 1:1 session. The participants would learn to master complex dishes such as lamb dum biryanis, xacuti based curries, curries prepared with different techniques and unique ingredient combinations, South Indian lentil based dosas to name some.  The private sessions are very personalised to suit the participants in terms of their availability and their food likes and dislikes. The above vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase or from christmas day (if purchased as a christmas voucher)

I also offer beautifully packaged gift bags containing a trio of my home made spice blends (my family recipe of garam masala, chickpea curry powder and a unique curry powder). These 30g bottles come with cooking tips for guidance and links to specific recipes on the website that champion these spice blends. The gift bag can be added on to the gift voucher to enhance the gift experience. The bag can be posted to you (at a small charge) or collected from my home.  It can also be handed over to the participant on the day of their cookery session. These are priced at £15 per bag. You can also purchase individual bottles at £5 a bottle. These make for lovely Xmas stocking fillers!

This is a great gift idea for those who are serious about Indian cooking and are likely to cook an Indian meal regularly. I decided to offer filled up spice tins with the spices we use in our class instead of empty ones to help and encourage participants to recreate their newly acquired Indian cookery skills as quickly as possible after my session. Not only have these been very popular with my existing participants, a number of whom have purchased these after a session,  but spice tins have also enhanced the gift experience alongside a cookery class/ course gift voucher! Priced between £28 to £30 a tin based on the type (see through glass top or metal top). The tin can be collected from my home.  If you are unable to collect it, the spice tin can also be handed over to the participant on the day of their cookery session.
